The last time I went shopping at the Bipa branch at Kärntnerstraße 392 Graz-Strassgang, I forgot to stick the 20% sticker on the Euro 5 dental floss. After the payment I asked the cashier to cancel the item and then to re-check the item with the 20%. This was rejected on the grounds that it was too complicated, even though there was no other customer behind me. With Müller and Merkur this is very possible. I don't find this behavior very customer-friendly.

Way too expensive! Vinous household stuff! No organic products etc.! Not to be recommended! Best of all to Dm Austria
