The shop is very nice, modern and has a good selection. The advice is very friendly and competent. For financial reasons, I decided on a different offer. Nevertheless, the advice was very good and I might buy here in the future.

From telephone contact to aftercare, everything was super perfect! The very courteous and friendly employee, Mr. H., took a lot of time for the advice, answered all questions and what particularly impressed us, after delivery, we weren't asked how we were satisfied with the product, but rather it was Checked the previously discussed problem areas again for change / improvement. All I can say is: Since I have been sleeping in a SchlafTEQ system, I have no more back problems, I am relaxed and well rested every day, fit for the day and I look forward to going to bed every time. It pays to invest in a specially adapted sleep system, it is an investment in your own health.

The service and courtesy at the Graz branch is great. Although I did not buy the mattress from this store, I received friendly and very competent advice and help. Can be reached despite Corona, by phone and email ... Many thanks to Mr. Hirsch for your efforts, R. S.

We (my partner and I) bought two latex / coconut fiber mattresses about 1 ½ years ago, with which we are still absolutely satisfied and happy. During this time, there was not a single minute of skepticism about having made the right choice for the lying system. Yes, there is a familiarization and readjustment phase to find the optimal individual hardness position of the stamp. That's how it should be. For me, this is the ingenious thing about the system, being able to react flexibly and precisely to any lying complaints my body may have. There were complaints and our supervisor, Mr. Hengst, dealt intensively with my lying problem and that of my partner and simply did not give up trying to find a suitable solution for us, which we now also have. On this way, I would like to say thank you very much for your efforts, your competence and your patience. At first glance, the acquisition costs appear to be a bit excessive compared to other systems. If, however, the focus is on the end result and the lasting restful sleep I get for it, combined with the care service, the price becomes relative and becomes less important. Super friendly and competent advice. The six months of follow-up advice and "rebuilding" the mattress convinced me very much and works without any problems. I can only recommend it if you can and want to buy a good quality mattress.
