VERY UNCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE: HAS MADE ME A € 300 WRONG CONSULTATION; AS YOU HAVE INVITED ME; THAT THE FOSSIL WATCH WAS 100% COMPATIBLE WITH MIENEM HANDY. FOSSIL SHOULD OVERLOOK; TO IMPROVE HIS EMPLOYEES BETTER. NO MORE!!!

Clock brought to the battery change .... You can use the clock in 20-30 min. to fetch . I'll be back after about 40 minutes. Not ready. How long will it take? Today or tomorrow it is ready .... The saleswoman asks me for my phone number so that she can call me when the watch is ready. What can I say, no message !!!! Then I called myself, and lo and behold, after a good day's work, the battery was replaced !!!!!

Guarantee and warranty are written in small letters here. Staff tries to sell new watches with bad excuses instead of trying to get to the bottom of the problems.
