Unfortunately we did not have the same positive experience with Dr Ingrid. Having moved recently to Vienna, we brought our cat to her for a check-up and to have him registered on the national database. We chose her based on the positive feedback found online. Our cat had been recently visited in Italy before moving to have his passport ready and our Italian vet said he was in perfect conditions (I have the certificate) so I was quite surprised when Dr. Ingrid said he had a teeth problem and needed urgent surgery. Nevertheless we took her advice seriously and had him undergo surgery for tooth extraction. In the past the vet in Italy had already performed an identical surgery on him so I had a precise idea of what was the process. Not only the anesthesia used was far heavier than the one performed in Italy which left him in a comatose status for several days, but she also charged us an incredible amount of money (more than EUR 500 total) for the procedure and medication. In front of our request for clarification she used a sarcastic and patronizing tone saying "we wanted to be doctors in her place" and that we were not taking care appropriately of our cat. I am therefore quite upset with Dr. Ingrid and would not recommend her. To me, she seems more in love with her bank account than with the cats she treats. I will not go back to her and am looking for a new vet in Vienna.

Wonderful personnel! Ingrid speaks good English. She is very kind to cats and takes her time for a thorough check up. Even my cat likes her!

I do not recommend this place to treat your animal, the receptionist does not speak english and is super unfriendly. Also, they refuse to see my cat an without appointment, she not even looked at my cat and it was an emergency.

Though they write in their website they welcome english speakers, I arrived there and the receptionist does not speak english at all, besides being super unfriendly. Also, Ambulanz means EMERGENCY, without appointment, and the receptionist refused to see my cat without an appointment. She not even looked at my cat, really. She not even asked what is the problem. I got an appointment for a couple of hours later, but I do not think I will go back there. I will never go back to this place. Horrible 3 minutes I spent there.
