Friendly staff, great advice. A large selection of different carpets!
I gave my grandparents a high-quality carpet for cleaning and got it back tip top!
Very expensive ... so it should be good ... but our carpet is compressed after cleaning, the colors have unfortunately mixed in places and the corner dissolved the adhesive on.
Hope for insight or a little good luck ??

For this, Mr. Khodai knows his rights by heart .... especially that he is not guilty if something goes wrong. This risk is borne by the customer!
When giving the carpet no indication, mind you! Ahh nice carpet .... when picking up then machine art carpet there that can happen 🤔
Too bad for the customer .... 600 euros carpet not wash clean and broken.
Only offer: "The corner I sew them for free."

So in the future, if necessary, a cheap laundry ..... because if something goes wrong anyway, the customer will stay on the damage, according to WKÖ.
