A few weeks ago our cat was seriously injured in the middle of the night. In my emergency I called the police to ask the animal emergency doctor.
The policewoman I spoke to was extremely courteous and helped me quickly.
With her reassuring encouragement, she did me very good.
Thank you again for everything, good that there are people like you.
Have very little to do with the police, had to go to the office because of a necessary complaint.
Was really pleasantly surprised at the pleasant, "on eye level" and respectful reception, unfortunately had other experiences with the police in my youth (NOT with this office).
For me, the whole impression was ABSOLUTELY professional, humanly appreciative and solution-oriented. I couldn't imagine a better ad recording at the moment. For me personally, I hope that it will be dealt with positively, but the entire experience in this department from start to finish can be described as "as one would like it to be".
