Very poor customer service! Wrongly entered my appointment - even though I had confirmed it by phone a SECOND time (after the lady had only given the day of the week and not the exact date when I called the first time) - and was therefore not accepted. You can always be wrong, but you can't even apologize for the mistake, but to blame the customer for allegedly not appearing the day before (on which the appointment was NOT made) is not only unprofessional, but also humanly disappointing . In this respect, I am very happy that I will now look for another hairdresser before my hair is laid here. Preferably one who is able to enter an appointment correctly ...

Super nice, meets all requests. Also highly recommended for (small) children. Our son (22 months) was allowed to sit on the bike while Isabella cut his hair. There is a small dog, which of course also goes down well with children.

I always go with my children 11 and 9 to cut hair and it is always a fun atmosphere, and we are all very happy with the result!

For me, this salon is by far the best in the whole of Graz and the surrounding area, because Isabella is extremely friendly and honest, that is, she promises nothing inconceivable, but always manages to satisfy the customers. For me, she is a true artist, perfect in her field of expertise and, moreover, human a dream. TOP Salon!

Great Salon !! The conversion was really successful. I like it best the newly upholstered barber chairs. Great design. There are 5 stars for that.
