My 25 year old vitara broke down on my way from vacations. Te car was fixed on the same day although the malfunctioning part was unavailable. The craft of manually fixing car parts is not forgotten in Austria!

I can only agree with the negative comments. It is tried to the outside to keep the "nice" appearance and in reality this is a pure rip-off. My wife was only there last week and she complained a lot about the condescending type of conversation, let alone the shortcomings, which later turned out to be (other workshops) completely exaggerated. Someone wants to earn a decent income. We definitely do not recommend this workshop !!!

I rarely write testimonials because 1. I don't have the time and 2. I feel bad about my nerves, but I've never experienced such poor performance and service. I have been driving for 20 years and have had various cars and have visited this "specialist shop" on the advice of a work colleague. In addition to the arrogant language of the staff up to the analysis that things are broken on the car that, as it turned out later, were not broken at all (just to earn money), people made fun of me! I am not an expert, of course I have to believe the specialists, but the way in which I was confronted made me suspicious and I visited two other specialist centers, where they gave me a completely different opinion. So I advise against this workshop, save yourself money, time and nerves! Yes! You won't find me either, because I write anonymously (for good reasons - see above)! And I can't quite believe your answer, otherwise I would have had a completely different experience.
