Good service, kind attitude.
1,5 Tage sollte ich mein Auto dort lassen, für eine Pickerlüberprüfung!
I wanted to arrange a "cleaning" for the diesel particulate filter of my Mazda 5, first registered in 2010, and was told that the car would have to be in the workshop for a week. In the absence of experience with this type of repair, I made an appointment, but I found out about other workshops over the next few days.
To get to the point, this morning I put my car in another workshop in Graz (which is not important, doesn't want to advertise here) and picked it up an hour ago with a cleaned diesel particulate filter.
Of course, I canceled the appointment in advance, so much fairness has to be.
As a side note: When I asked for the approximate price when making the appointment, I was only told that I will find out about it on the day of the repair appointment. When I canceled the appointment by phone last week, I was urged to make a new appointment right away, since I would end up with you again anyway, as it would certainly not work in a day.
The Dami who works there is very unfriendly, are equipped with Hermes parcel shipping, but can only advise you not to hand anything there, because firstly this unfriendly lady not only measured incorrectly, but also only released the package after 1 week, if I would be Hermes I don't work with someone like that, because that doesn't make a good impression on Hermes.
Had a sticker appointment today, was informed by phone half an hour in advance that it wouldn't work today because other cars with service and stickers were preferred, had to take time off in the company, otherwise. Minus 1 star would be okay
