I was initially very pleased with the service received at JQC. They were helpful with brokering insurance for my vehicle and apartment. Unfortunately when I suddenly had to leave Austria, they were totally unhelpful as far as cancelling the policies went. Is it not the job of an insurance broker to act as a proxy between the individual and insurance companies? They were terribly slow at responding to my queries regarding cancellation, and outright ignored me when I asked them to go ahead and cancel the apartment insurance on my behalf. This was very disappointing considering how happy I was initially with JQC. My advice is to search elsewhere for a broker who actually has your best interests at heart.
