Better Late Than Never (09/11/2018)
I am struggling with what to write. The product seems reasonable, but we didn't have much of a chance to try it or learn about it. The woman at the counter through 2 visits and 4 purchases was distant and hostile. She definitely was not interested in our business. I couldn't tell if she was impatient with tourists who didn't speak German, or if it was something deeper than that. My daughter finally asked that we leave, saying it wasn't much fun. I can't think of anything we did to offend. Their breads seemed good. The marzipan filled pastry was subtle and pleasing. The croissants were fresh and light. We'll take our business elsewhere. I hope others have a better experience.

Service was very unfriendly, as others have said! We got an eclair which was pretty nice (was filled with something more like ice cream than regular cream) but we got it wrapped in aluminum foil instead of a box.

Amazing pastries! We went here twice while visiting Vienna. Open on Sundays, too. Highly recommend!!
