Be careful with parking in the center of Graz!
Law always comes before morality! Please refill your parking ticket early enough or leave the heart of Graz city center immediately. There is no tolerance of a few minutes if the parking ticket expires. If you are punished, there is no point in speaking to the office or the management of the parking fee department and asking for goodwill. The law determines. If you try to be heard over the phone, they just hang up. As a Graz entrepreneur who has been running his business in downtown Graz for more than 34 years, this only happened recently. Attempting to explain why 8 minutes of parking has elapsed between two parking tickets has no effect and is simply regulated by hanging up the phone. It is difficult for me to report about it, especially when it increases the fluctuation of potential buyers in downtown Graz.

I can not understand the bad reviews here at all. I submitted my request in advance by phone and was then asked to come in person. Both the gentleman from customer service and the people in charge on site were very friendly and competent. Everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Clearly 5 stars!
