Not really found a defect in my parents' gas boiler. Still charged. Come again. Same again. Asked the manufacturer directly. Defect found immediately. Manufacturer has wondered a lot about installer. Not recommended. Security not given. In addition, not necessarily friendly.

Super nice on the phone, totally unfriendly on site and obviously not familiar with it. Doesn't do what it says on the tin. Not recommendable.

In the course of the annual maintenance of the gas appliances, I was well advised and accompanied by the team from Vipauz Installations. The service work was carried out quickly, professionally and carefully. The team was available friendly and attentive to technical questions. My concerns could be dealt with competently and with sensitivity.

Order was not accepted. Had either: 1. afraid of not being able to do the job properly and or 2. Do not get the money.
