Ordered, paid for and received no goods!
The article ordered on 02/02/2021 should have a delivery time of 2-3 working days.
Until today, February 11th, 2021 the goods have not been delivered.
The "customer service" announced days after my request that the shipment was probably damaged by GLS. But that was all.
I am of the opinion that it is the retailer's job to ensure that the customer gets their goods as quickly as possible. Since the goods have already been paid for, the retailer does not care whether the customer waits a week, a year or longer for the goods. When in doubt, you have one less customer. That’s not the point.
From my point of view, this dealer is definitely not recommended.
I don't actually write any reviews, this is an exception to the one on 02/09/21 at 10 p.m. I sent my order (FK 3080 beverage refrigerator from NABO) and it has already been delivered today! Even though there was a weekend in between. great
Great service, even when delivering to Germany. Super easy by paying with an Amazon account, gladly again :-)
Price / performance is very good. Good variety of products. Delivery was a bit delayed -> request was processed immediately.
