I was with Ms. Berger once in January. The treatment was ok, the service was bad. Ms. Berger responds sporadically to calls or SMS. I made a second appointment with her, which was canceled by her (early February long before the pandemic). Ms. Berger said she'd be back in a few days to make a new appointment. A new appointment has not yet been made. I contacted them at the end of April, after which I was told that new appointments will be made from next week (for May). Even three weeks later, I didn't get any information or a call - nothing. That doesn't surprise me anymore (((You get the impression that Ms. Berger is not interested in new customers. There are certainly a few regular customers or their friends who they think are great and who are the first to get their appointments. As a new customer you don't stand a chance, find something really sad, you don't feel welcome with her.
