The organization in this company is a disaster. The phone is almost not answered at all, just as little mails. All mechanics are completely overloaded, in autumn / winter 2020 almost no work could be carried out because a mechanic was on training (apparently there is only one?). Agreements made with a mechanic will be revoked by the owner later. It makes no sense to make an appointment, it is not kept anyway, but you will not be called when work has been completed. All in all, unfortunately, it is an unorganized, unreliable, overwhelmed company with a partly unfriendly owner. Too bad.

ATTENTION ABZOCKE! Guarantee case, I had to go in advance, according to Ducati Germany, the money must be returned to me. Merchant Does not respond to emails. My lawyer said, write him an extremely good rating. Motorcycle Brandner never again! Luckily there are better dealers! The mechanic was TOP.
