Had filed a comprehensive damage claim and the next day, the company got in touch and made an appointment directly!
1.) Mega nice team, very friendly and accommodating!
2.) Get a rental car (without km limit)
3.) Even with various modifications to the vehicle, it wasn't a problem for the nice Fuchsbichler team
4.) thorough inside and outside washing was also included.
On the whole very recommendable!
So if there were minus stars I would definitely give 3 of them. Unfriendly, arrogant and at least the office lady under any criticism. This is the second time I have been treated stupidly by this "beautiful" lady. A third time she will certainly not see me again. There are others who are happy about an order.
Unfortunately there is no answer to inquiries. Then I was there myself. I can only say that you can save the so-called low-cost providers in terms of price. The offer there was 250 € cheaper than anything else with another provider in the Bruck area. And that with a part. (FENDER) I don't need to emphasize that they work perfectly. Kind regards.
