Fressnapf Kapfenberg simply super very satisfied top unfortunately I come from Knittelfeld and there is nowhere a Fressnapf with an aquarium than in Kapfenberg
But every time it is worth taking a short drive!
We were on November 21. 2020 there. Staff (the older little lady with the short black hair) totally unfriendly, annoyed and irritable when you have a question!
At 4:50 p.m. one of them stood around demonstratively annoyed and stared at us because my daughter wanted to take a quick look at the cat blankets ...
It was then shouted loudly to the colleague whether there was someone in the back with him ... so we should finally get out of it ...
If the shop in 10 !! Locked minutes, I think that I can still watch something ... Maybe you shouldn't take your frustration out on customers ...
It is always said you should go shopping on site, and then something? So I will definitely not buy anything there, just order online ... there I can inform myself and do not have to rely on such an incompetent person!
