Rude employees who cant be bothered with costumers, when asked questions they became clearly upset. The product was promised to arrive in 1-3 days after 5 day still not delivered

Great customer service. Fast and solution-oriented. The Austrian Post did not manage to find our address (I'm not sure what their job is if not that ...). The customer service of Elektronicshop24 reacted to my request on the same day and sent our order again with DPD - without additional costs! and 2 days later everything was there!
