Most of the bus drivers unfriendly. Buses too late, don't come at all, drive past you, or come too early and leave too early. Many drivers seem to have won their driving license in the lottery anyway. I have often seen people on the bus even though they simply fell over and injured themselves. Timetable for the garbage anyway, as almost every bus is extremely overcrowded. Instead of sending 2 buses at rush hour, no, that doesn't seem to work! Bus prices way too expensive, especially bad for this service. Counter staff also unfriendly and incompetent. In addition, the counter opening times are so that when I have to go to the counter, the counter at Europaplatz is already closed! Yes, there are also people who work until 5 p.m.! Buses often without a passenger information system so that nobody knows when their stop is coming.

Unfortunately, you have already got used to the so-called 5-10 minute late buses (unfortunately you have to say), but what is most exciting are the buses that whiz past the bus stop for 5 or more minutes to take a longer break at the ECE or something Always being able to do it (and not noticing / seeing you) would not say something like that if these were isolated cases.

Unpunctual, sometimes adjust the timetables so that it is. Since there are people who have an appointment and now you need to take a bus earlier instead of canceling a bus, you could start again so that you can get there on time. The staff could learn German better, does not apply to everyone or if you say something then they better listen to what kind of ticket, that would be nice and not look like zen days of rainy weather

The bus drivers (Postbus) are mostly very unfriendly (had one again today) and the buses are actually never really on time (sometimes 5 minutes too early nal 5 minutes too late) or they don't even come. In all honesty, I could choose, I would definitely not take the post buses anymore, but unfortunately I am still dependent on it. To the bus driver today: in front of me when getting out a slightly older woman who is obviously having a hard time walking. (The bus driver saw this for sure) I go down the stairs behind the woman as I get out and don't push myself forward so as not to stress her. And suddenly the driver closes the door in the back and says he should get out and not play the cell phone. I then told him that I was just waiting until the woman got out, but he said he wanted to continue, I should stop playing. (I personally find an insolence)

Staff selling train tickets is quite incompetent! Buy the train tickets in Bruck at the station. There they are friendly, helpful and very competent. Opening times of the MVG on Europaplatz are a joke!
