I booked an appointment with this salon last night to get my nails done. After I confirmed the appointment and paid in advance, the appointment was canceled the next morning in the morning. After I asked the lady about the whereabouts of my money, responsibility was stripped off and I should please take care of it myself and contact Treatwell. Further messages were not answered and I had trouble getting my money back. Absolutely unprofessional, unfriendly and last class!
