The workers did the work (the work precisely plotted and described previously) incorrectly. It's annoying, but it can happen. The reason for the evaluation is, however, that the company calculated all working hours (to correct its own mistakes). There was a slight compromise, but overall the price for the work was completely excessive. Do not think that you can believe the rest of the reviews.
