CUSTOMER SERVICE UNDER ANYTHING!
I was there urgently to buy a new washing machine after I had to look for the employee "Brigitte T." and almost had to ask for her to sell me the washing machine. When asked if someone could help me with the invitation, the only annoyed answer was: You are Strong enough anyway, you can do it! ”Of course it would be possible to lift the almost 70kg into the car alone, but after I even had to pull all the information out of her after such a lousy consultation, I also gave me a tip but is helped. In the end, she was out with us and probably had no strength and the front of the washing machine fell halfway into the vehicle and who was to blame? Of course I do. After I lifted the machine in myself, it went away without goodbye or thanks for the purchase or anything else! As I said, if it hadn't been so urgent I would have left it and bought one somewhere else but unfortunately that didn't work .. I can only recommend everyone to go somewhere else!
