Perfect service. We had our bathroom as well as underfloor heating and water pipes done. Very competent, especially Mr. Amtmann. Also great on-site service for bad planning and purchase. Although expensive, they always try to find a solution for the customer. Everything perfect

We were there today to buy a small washbasin plus base cabinet or we already knew which one we would have liked, but still wanted to find out the price ... We might also have wanted advice on bathtub and shower, as we have some have seen very nice exhibits. In about 35 minutes 3 very busy employees met us and I said hello loudly and clearly 3 times ... Unfortunately nothing came back ... I felt very transparent! When, after half an hour of being ignored, we allowed ourselves to ask about the price of the sink, which, by the way, would not have been necessary if these had been excellent, my partner was yelled at that someone would come anyway and disappeared into the back room ... 10 Minutes later, a little angry, I left the shop with my little son. My partner waited another 10 minutes until he was finally allowed to find out the price ... Resume 1. Even if I don't have time, I can still greet a potential customer. 2. A note, e.g. Advice is only possible by appointment, at the entrance would be helpful and 3. The Krobath company will certainly not see me again!
