I stood for 20 minutes in front of the counter while the boss of the house "chatted" with a well-known person and told him in detail about ski tours in South Tyrol. His customers weren't even interested in him at the time. If you are acting so arrogantly to the customer, at least you shouldn't rattle in the middle of the business. I will no longer be a customer there, although we have already bought several expensive bikes there and the technicians are good. Unfortunately the management lifted off.
