I was in this branch today. At the checkout, the saleswoman wanted me to smell a fragrance. I didn't want to do it, the saleswoman was very arrogant and very rude. She has then just turned around and walked away nervously without saying anything. I've been a seller myself for many years and I can't imagine doing something like that to customers. I am very disappointed and I will never go to this branch again. Müller and Dm are 100% better!
