Skinfit - Quality is a MUST for EVERY athlete, including absolutely competent and friendly advice. Skinfit clothing can be used just as well in sports as in leisure and everyday life. Material and workmanship are at the highest level - as you can expect from an Austrian company (Vorarlberg). ☝️☝️☝️👍👍👍👌👌👌👌💪💪💪

Very disappointing ... the Skinfit parts obviously sell by themselves, because the seller was in no way interested in helping. Whereby I come to the conclusion that he was obviously only a cashier and no salesman otherwise he would have been employed. For twice in the store and again this condescending way, you feel like a supplicant and that with the prices. We order online, so you can measure it and send it back if it doesn't fit. very very disappointing with the store

Long-time customer: I shopped in the store on December 7th, 2020. Before that I was asked to tel. Consultation 1 item reserved (the last tights in my size). During the day I could try the piece on and then bought it with 2 other products. Despite the large number of customers, the competent sales staff answered all questions calmly and competently. BRAVO!!! I would like to mention that said tights were a Christmas present and therefore on December 24th. another fitting took place. That's when I discovered the small seam flaw. In the 3rd lockdown on December 25th. I got in touch by email. IMMEDIATELY, my request was taken up personally by the boss. Together we looked for and found an alternative product. Then I received the "skinfit service slip" (invoice number, product number, etc.) attached to the package and a "postage slip" for free return. The new tights (a bit more expensive model) will be sent to me in the next few days. Then I only transfer the difference. This service is great! Thanks to the shop manager and his team !!!

What we noticed while shopping in the Vienna shop today. Advice and friendliness of the saleswoman was not ok. When entering the shop we were asked if we needed help. That was all. After a purchase of over 600, - EUR we were also asked if we needed a sack. "Nona"! So when shopping online, I have more advice. We would recommend a sales training session to the saleswoman present. We would certainly have bought more. If we weren't convinced of the quality ........ we wouldn't have bought anything.
