I live next door and meanwhile avoid shopping there. The sales clerks (who never say anything negative on the surface) but always look totally annoyed and are passive-aggressive, for example, when you stand at the checkout, they allow themselves to be admitted to the goods for a long time before they come to checkout or refuse to change once € 2 into € 1 each (although I was a regular customer at the beginning!). I think the team there is probably terrible because there is never a good mood when you get in there.

The beep on Heinestraße has a Serbian Chief who often does not pass all the Weekly offers on the kasa in the Computer and sells at a normal price than it should, too often does that.

Clean and tidy branch. Well sorted. All articles mostly available. Nice and friendly staff. Short waiting times at the cash desk. Devaluation: mask required, masks here for a fee. No shopping cart disinfection like in other supermarkets.

A great place to shop that has a large assortment of perfumes, make-up, cosmetics, skin care and other items, and there is a friendly and helpful staff.
