Wonderful to see a little piece of history. Visiting the school where the composer of Silent Night worked was inspiring! So glad to have shared this trip with my family!!

It is an indescribable experience to sit in the museum at the table where F. X. Gruber created the melody for the peace song "Silent Night, Holy Night".

A song goes around the world. The backgrounds and the story. A trip to a time where you appreciate the little. Enjoy the silence and listen to the melody of the quiet night.

Very nice chapel next to the museum. The museum is very interesting, with a friendly, knowledgeable volunteer narrator, with a closing film that is very touching and thoughtful. Must see. Unfortunately not handicapped accessible, but that is owed to the old house.
