It was a great experience and we will be back, that's for sure. It was a lot of fun and I can only recommend it to everyone. We also made reservations in advance with a group of 9 people. (Because of Covid it can't be more than 10 at the moment) Reservation worked wonderfully, and let's be honest, if you have to wait a few minutes that's not a problem. But we got there right away, it wasn't even 10 minutes that we had to wait. I don't understand the negative reviews here, I have to wait much longer than 45 minutes at my dentist even though I have an appointment. But that's the way it is, you have to live with that. 5 stars from me!

You have to be careful with the reservation as it didn't work for us for organizational reasons. Waited 45 minutes and then had to drive again without playing. It's a shame because the team wasn't particularly friendly and blamed us for the problem.

We reserved before 8am, just like that before. We waited 1 hour where at the beginning it said we could play right away and nothing came of it. Organizational issues are not up to them, as we didn't get any emails but were told by phone beforehand that we could play safely. They were rude, rude and uncooperative.

We made a reservation and arrived at the hall on time and made reservations on the internet beforehand. We spoke to the employee and he said that it was okay. Then we sat down and waited. After 45 minutes we were told that our reservation had not arrived and that we could no longer play. Groups that came after were all brought forward and we continued to wait. Afterwards we complained and the employees and owners of the hall did not apologize and were uncooperative. We were told Covid is the reason and we should complain to the state government. The hall is not recommended.
