What use are the friendly sellers in an admittedly nice information center if the goods are bad! Top loader machine bought in autumn 2019! Already broken! According to information on the Internet, this is a mistake that has existed for years. Described by Customers and technicians! Huge disappointment for me finally thought I had a quality product! I would have got 3 other machines for the money, and trouble would not be that big! Too bad but definitely not buy overpriced Miele devices!
