Customer service is a catastrophe! You are constantly comforted and lied to! Timings are always postponed! Agreements are not kept! Complaints run for months! The price / performance ratio also doesn't fit! Expressly NO recommendation for this store! The miserable customer service is often criticized! This is no accident ...
stylish and tasteful living room furniture and decorations ...
Be careful with this company! You are dealing with a very unreliable and unprofessional company here. By the way, payment is made in advance - I recommend paying the full amount when you receive the undamaged goods, otherwise it will be very difficult to assert defects. We have placed two large orders with Wohnkraft. The first (a dining table and chairs for the outside area) went so-so. We noticed quality defects six months after purchase (e.g. larger cracks in the wood). Upon delivery, the protective covers of the seat mats were torn and the seat mats were soiled. When we gave advice on wood care, we received incorrect information, which is why we had to completely remove the beeswax, which we had unfortunately already applied, before we could apply the correct protection (oil). The delivery was made by two young men who were there too early and had nothing with them except a cordless drill and the furniture (e.g. protective blankets for the assembly). So better place it next to it and make sure that the furniture or floor is not damaged during assembly.
The catastrophe awaited us with the second delivery: A dining table for the interior, the table top of which we had selected in advance in the sales rooms, was to be reduced to the desired size. According to the consultant in the sales room, no problem at all, the downsizing should cost € 100 extra. An additional 50 € will be charged for delivery. On delivery the two boys came again, this time too late and again similarly equipped, although I had provided protective blankets the last time - so not an isolated case. I have observed that they have not handled the piece of furniture very carefully, it cracked loudly a few times, after which they laughed out loud. When the table was finally set up, I noticed a 12x1cm scratch on the table surface and damage to the paintwork on all four table legs. In addition, the table was reduced to the desired dimensions, but at an angle, so that the table was wider at one end, i.e. at the other end. In addition, the downsizing was done so unprofessionally that deep cuts in the wood could now be seen on one side of the table, which were previously slots for struts on the underside of the table. These incisions were quickly cemented with a material of a different color. Such damage cannot be repaired afterwards. So we made a complaint and after a long back and forth we were promised in writing that the table should be replaced (new production). It was supposed to be delivered to us in July (3 months later). We could use the damaged table as a replacement. We didn't hear from Wohnkraft in July. There was no response to written inquiries. After a lot of phone calls, I got an appointment confirmation for the delivery of the new table in two weeks (08/20), which was canceled by phone a few hours before the appointment. There was a mistake, the table was still in Indonesia and I would have to wait weeks for the next ship to arrive. I have to say that the statements and behavior of the company struck me as nice, but extremely implausible. I had lost all belief that a new table even existed. Rather, I had the feeling that they were playing for time in order to let any deadlines pass. I therefore demanded the exchange of the table for the purchase price in cash under threat of consequences (lawyer etc.). In fact, this exchange took place (mid-September), this time two other young men came, also much too late, but that gave us the time to disassemble the table ourselves and put it in front of the door so that they did not have to enter our apartment (to avoid any Avoid damage). During dismantling, we noticed that the table legs were completely crooked and screwed next to the intended holes.
Nice goods good recommended price
