CONCLUSION: LIKE MIELE CENTER BAUER AGAIN - THERE ARE ALSO OTHER SHOPS THAT ARE MORE FRIENDLY !!!! Mr. Bauer is very, very unfriendly !! My grandma's new machine didn't work as it should and then he came to her home. Unfortunately, he was very, very unfriendly and didn't provide a decent explanation. He said he would come by on a call if it didn't work again, but what the heck if you're so unfriendly with an older lady! We have now called Miele's customer service, they were very nice and explained everything nicely!

They have good household appliances but unfortunately they are not exactly cheap otherwise which can afford it is okay.

Mr. Bauer advised us very nicely on the kitchen planning and promised to send us a suitable offer the week after. However, we have never heard from him again and have asked again by e-mail. This message was completely ignored. Probably our € 15,000 is not enough for a Miele kitchen, but he could have said so right away. In any case, we found it unprofessional to deal with customers like this. Pity!
