We received a good "Beratung" from the vendors working there, and the end result was 90% satisfactory. Even though we had to wait 2 months to have our kitchen tailored, delivered, and assembled, it was worth the wait. I only gave 4 stars because our vendor didn't fully go the extra mile, and to save a hundred euros (on a kitchen worth 8.000€) he decided to make a "fake" 80x40 cm drawer that can't be opened or closed, while it was possible to make a real drawer (he said this wasn't worth "the trouble" of assembling it, for the price we paid...). We now have to order separately the necessary elements to make a drawer, while this would have been much easier to do with the rest of the kitchen. My advice: make sure to ask what is "feasible" vs "Not worth the trouble".

In the meantime we have had our kitchen for 1 years and it is still as happy as it was on the first day and best of all, it still looks like it did on the first day! I can recommend this kitchen studio 100%, from the delivery to the assembly itself even a minute complaint, everything works perfectly 😊 Thank you very much! 👌 Elisabeth, Vienna 23

Very great kitchen studio with a great ambience. We felt very comfortable straight away. Here served in the style of the old school and with handshake quality. Everything went smoothly on delivery. There was a production error on one front, which the craftsman reported himself. We were then offered an attractive price reduction, which we immediately accepted, as we hardly see the error ourselves. But I find it very important to point out errors myself. Should we move again and need a kitchen, we will buy here again. Or the next one in 20 years. Though I think our kitchen will probably last forever.

After two hours of kitchen planning, we were presented with the price for the planned kitchen - handwritten on a piece of paper. The total price consisted of the price for kitchen furniture, worktop and accessories. When I asked in writing the following day for a more detailed listing of the costs, I received no response. Even two weeks later, I'm still waiting for an answer. If I buy a kitchen for a not inconsiderable price, then only if you act professionally, make the costs transparent and you also take care of me as a customer.
