Purchased here for the second time, we are again impressed by the friendliness, punctuality and competence. As far as the price is concerned, I found the same product at the same price only for the same price, so you can see that not only the big chains are cheap. For my part, I prefer to have a local contact person and no more trouble with dubious service hotlines, who then send me a technician from Timbuktu!
Multiple customer (washing machine, TV, etc.) with personal advice, delivery and installation, transport v. Old equipment - as far as agreed - very satisfied. Dates were met punctually and accurately. For problems quickly found contact. Of course, maybe not as cheap prices as the big chains (- 1 star), but "family address".
