Great quality articles, perfect service, super fast delivery. The online shop offers an excellent customer experience, from browsing, through selection to payment. The care with which my purchase was wrapped, packed (using recycled packaging) and dispatched including certificate was also very noticeable. Email notifications and answers to enquiries were timely and also very professional. I would (and will!) use this supplier again! A real pleasure doing business with this retailer. Thank you.

My husband and I just bought a carpet for our new home in Ireland, and it is absolutely gorgeous. We live in Vienna, but we went all the way to Salzburg to buy a carpet because the Mesgarzadehs design their own line of hand-made carpets (Ghadimi) that use only natural dyes and are just beautiful. The service at the store was also wonderful, and our carpet arrived even sooner than I expected. It was a great experience all around.

Meanwhile, I am fully convinced that I am a repeat offender in this shop. Everything is right: from the selection to advice and processing, the common denominator clearly applies: it couldn't be better! That this also and especially applies to online shopping surprised and impressed me. Personal advice over the phone was therefore not neglected! I am enthusiastic and can give an unreserved recommendation with absolute conviction! For me: gladly again!
