Definitely one of the worst experiences we have ever had to deal with. Upon arrival, we were greeted with blunt and ill-mannered employees. Despite being tourists, they still insisted to rather yell at us in there language, assuming we had a clue as to what they so rudely wanted us to do. Never have I thought someone would have the audacity to smirk us off, when we are the ones who bring in her money. Never have we felt so incompetent, isolated and defenceless. Never have we felt so talked down to, and belittled. Was this torment worth €10? I beg to differ. We never want anyone to be treated in this way... the worst individuals we have encountered. I feel so much sorrow for their offhanded manners. Definitely do not recommend 😓
I had to pay 16euro for a jacket that either was not cleaned at all or the quality of service is very low. The jacket doesn’t smell like it would be cleaned.
The rudest customer service. I walked 1km from my hotel to check if I could drop off some laundry to have it washed and dried for me as I had a busy day planned and did not have the time to do it myself. I was told yes. Upon returning with my bag of clothes for laundering I had it literally thrown back at me and was told to do it myself as they were too busy. I do not recommend this place. I would give zero stars if I could.
Very helpful, very clean, reasonable prices, high quality machines.
On vacation and needed to have my clothes washed since I’ve been traveling for a few weeks. This place was great because I dropped my clothes off in the morning on my way in to explore Salzburg and on my way back from a full day of touring I had clean clothes folded. Worth every penny (or euro)! They were friendly, fast and knew enough English to make it simple.
