It's a shame that you can't give zero stars. I was in the shop with my son (3y) today and just wanted to take a look around the Steiff things and buy things for my boys. The seller I had said kindly that I would get in touch when I needed help literally stuck to us, that he hasn't touched us yet, that's all. With every move we were looked over the shoulder until my son wanted to look at a little bear. It was taken from his hand and put back on the shelf precisely with the words "please do not touch anything, other people want to buy things new". Then I am speechless with my son straight from the store. Maybe I would have bought the bear? So I would rather buy somewhere else, because I would like to look at things beforehand, so I thought there is a shop there? Absolute no-go 👎

Just went in to buy Hummel figurines. Lured by some minus 50 percent signs, which were pretty ambiguous in terms of which figures that now applies. The saleswoman was quite unfriendly and we did not really feel comfortable there or we had the feeling not just go through and look. The shop was also little lovingly furnished or maintained. Nevertheless I bought two figures in the end ...
