This review concerns the admissions office. And I'm sorry to only be able to give two stars because the staff on site and on the phone were very friendly but not really competent. I have been a Uniqa customer for decades, but because I needed a transfer number and the insurance does not deserve it enough, they harass you. The registration fees can be paid on site with a card, but the insurance company neither cash nor with a card and can only pay them into the house bank or the Raiffeisen bank and must then come back with the payment confirmation. This is nothing but a chicane! And very unsympathetic! And it all costs time!
