I turned to you with a (very) unusual engagement ring with a hexagon setting, and was advised very quickly (late in the evening and the following morning), very friendly and responsive to me. Due to the difficulties (and costs) of the ring, I was presented with some alternatives and possibilities that other jewelers or producers have, although Fr. Brandstetter does not make any business with them. Real customer orientation, humanly flawless and competent advice - far removed from the stereotypically cool, profit-oriented jeweler. Will stop by here again for our wedding rings!
