The business itself is clean and well stocked. We deduct points exclusively for the extremely unmotivated employee at the cash desk, who only came to the cash desk after ringing the bell twice and of course more customers have queued due to the waiting time. That is probably the reason for them to cash in at a pace that suits the discounter opposite and one is used to there, but certainly not in a small shop like Denns. The cashier was very careless with our goods, pushed all our shopping away with one jerk to make room for herself. When we asked whether it could be done a little more cautiously, since we had quite a bit of glassware, there was no reaction from her, on the contrary, she continued working quickly. It's good for us that Wels West is not your only location, we will definitely not be shopping in this branch anymore.
