4 or 5 years ago, a path was laid all around the house, only oh miraculously they laid the outside over the lawn, so that after the guarantee, half the path broke apart.
Well ok .. then agreed on several Thermines for repairs and the company never showed up without a word.
Conclusion: In terms of customer appearance, customer failure is more than unreflective. And in my opinion, the floor should never have been laid like this (according to other experts too). (Botch)
