I went to the opening last Saturday. Such a wonderful store and i loved the interior. A lot of people were there, but the staff still managed to help most of the customers. They were super helpful would come again if I'm ever back in Vienna.

Went there at their opening last Saturday. Lovley store and friendly staff! They even gave out great goodies! Came here to engrave something too as an early christmas present! Would come again!

I think the jewelry is very pretty, but every time (I've been there 5 times) the waitress was extremely unfriendly and made me feel more annoying. I have now found two similar brands in Vienna where the advice is very good and you are really welcomed :)
