Update on the answer: They had their chances for correction and improvement! I approached your employees or branch managers (?) Almost every time about the incidents. Regardless of the person, the answers were always excuses for the health insurance company, right through to sloppy answers such as "Our employees may also go on vacation." My interlocutors were not adequately solution-oriented for any problem! The suggested "problem solutions" always looked like I was recommended to "just wait a little longer" - whereby "a little bit" meant "two weeks" for some of their employees. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In principle, the staff is friendly and polite, but only as long as everything fits. If there are complaints, the smile disappears quite quickly for some people and the choice of words / tones is even sloppy! (As if it was the customer's fault ...?) • I have shopped here several times and without exception there were various problems with EVERY purchase, so I was allowed to drive several times to the store EVERY time! • Custom-made products did not fit the first time. • Measurements by different people gave SIGNIFICANTLY different results within minutes. (No wonder if the custom-made products don't fit.) • In my case, an order was not placed for 3 weeks "because the person responsible was on vacation"! • Two orders were not initiated because the health insurance company supposedly took two weeks to approve. Research at the KK showed that the applications 1) were only submitted more than a week after my purchases and 2) were approved by KK within 2 days. Here one's own misconduct is shifted to others instead of facing the problem and improving the process! • Appointments are not kept, so that you keep going back to business for free. • Products that are in stock according to the telephone information and are reserved are then not in stock 2 hours later. (And also never been available ...?) IMO does not seem to realize that those responsible are selling medical products or medical aids and that they are delaying / influencing the healing of their customers in the event of orders that have not been placed, incorrect dimensions, etc.! If you bring the topic up for discussion with those responsible, you will be met with absolute incomprehension! Schaper gives me the impression that it is more important that the sales room looks good and that there is a smile on the outside than taking care of the medical needs of the customers. Thanks, but now I prefer to buy from the competition.

Health products are a matter of trust. After the first phone call with a Schaper employee, I felt that I was in very good hands. This feeling was confirmed after my personal visit to Wels. Thank you so much!
