Update September 2020: One has (partly) improved: The staff now reacts to customers, is friendly and helpful. Pastries are sufficiently available at 5:00 p.m. and are also “fresh” enough. That's why I'm updating my rating from one to three stars. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What should I say about such a branch? • While the customers are waiting (and are also being noticed), the staff stop gossiping or start a new chat. • Products that have expired for days are in the refrigerator compartment. • Every time I go shopping, the pastries are baked so dark that you can almost speak of burnt. And if individual pastries are not completely dark, they are already rock hard by 1600 o'clock in the afternoon (from the previous day?). • Products with a damaged freshness seal are simply put back on the shelf after a complaint. Some other customer will probably buy it. • And then there are the prices ... always more expensive than competing purchasing chains. (Depending on the product, from 20, 30 cents to a few euros.) IMO you should avoid BILLA because of the higher prices, but this branch especially because of the lack of understanding of customer friendliness, product freshness and contamination!

My favorite supermarket, because it is closest. Not necessarily the cheapest. I like discount stickers. NOGO: Unreduced pack with 4 pieces of cheese dumplings ... at the first glance I discovered a white mold on the cheese dumplings! And that was sold with impeccable quality. Normal should be followed up. Something like that MUST NEVER happen and certainly not with BILLA, which has such a good reputation in this regard

I am annoyed again about the sausage department .... how can it be that the counter staff does not change the gloves !! ..... For now THIS one wipes around with a cleaning cloth and then attacks the sausage, which I like want to eat with relish. Even more in these times !! .... does not work at all👎
