Quarantine when returning from vacation is not a reason for free cancellation at TUI. We saved many years for this vacation with our children and then you can pay almost 1500 cancellation fees. Because quarantine is too courageous. My husband already used up his vacation in the Corona period because there was no work in the company, how is he supposed to be still in quarantine for 14 days after the vacation. Cancellation costs as credit are also not possible as Xtui. We booked online at Gulet.at if I knew all the differences in the terms and conditions of the tour operator I would be employed by TUI in the legal department. We are incredibly disappointed with TUI because nothing is offered to us. Nothing except cancel for 40% of the total price that would be around 1500 euros. Addendum to your answer: My tour operator is Xtui and therefore belongs to the TUI Group. The travel destination is Turkey (Turkey travel warning level 6) on July 31, 2020 for a week, ie a package tour. I have already tried on the phone to accommodate you as a credit as cancellation fee, unfortunately all in vain, we only have the high cancellation costs.
