Two trips booked were canceled by the tour operators due to Covid 19, one in April, the second at the beginning of the summer season; Both down payments were promptly refunded to Consul Reisen. Nevertheless, the down payments were illegally withheld and not passed on to me. A letter from my legal representative also went unanswered for the time being. Only after this brought the action for payment, Consul Reisen finally reimbursed my down payments! Now, mid-November! I can only warn you urgently, beware of this travel agency!
