Hotel ibis Wien Messe

Grate place,big beds,nice breakfast

The hotel is located very convenient: 5min walk to the train station Praterstern and a 3min walk to the underground Station Vorgartenstraße. The rooms are clean but dated. There are also no sockets next to the bed and the curtains do not really darken the room. All in all it's a below average Ibis.

IBIS has dramatically low ratio price/offer. For 120 EUR there is nothing in the room apart from a TV! Not even a kettle. Narrow parking paid 14EUR per day after their discount - silly!. Aircon barely works, maybe 5 deg colder than outside. Style of 80s with fluorescent blinking bulb in the bathroom. Location mediium, any hotel close to U-Bahn has better location. There was also a mess with my reservation which cost me 1 hr and a fine for parking. Never again, in Wien there are many cheaper and better hotels.

Modern, clean, helpful personel, free wifi. Rooms with just towels, linen and nothing extra. Expensive water and soda automatic dispensers. Breakfast too expensive for quality / variety.

Great value for money. Clean and tidy. Nu fuss.
