I was there with my wife today. Have seen that a table was not cleared immediately after the guests left, when this table was then cleared, the employee only wiped across the table. Especially in times like these, hygiene should play an extraordinary role in gastronomy. As a guest, you do not know who was sitting at the table in front of you, whether the guest was enjoying or coughing in his hand and then touching the table. If the table had been properly disinfected, I would have saved myself this comment, but right now and especially from the catering trade, I expect a certain level of hygiene, which is very important there anyway. The coffee was still excellent, but due to the fact that hygiene is not taken too seriously, I now consider going there twice.
