Hands off! Wanted to have an easy hairstyle done for a wedding ... side braided and a few curls. To my horror, the hair was totally powerless and shaggy after twisting and the dryer hood (would have been much better with a curling iron) and the hair was simply pinned very high up, which did not correspond at all to the picture shown at the beginning. And that was a photo of me with the hairstyle I wanted (not just any internet picture). Mr. Pecher then tried again to make the curls more beautiful with the straightening iron. Unfortunately without success. I could have done the hairstyle faster myself at home! Then I had to open everything again at home. After I gave my opinion, I was paid € 45 for this poorly rendered service! calculated. Mr. Pecher was not ready for any goodwill solution! Absolutely bad customer service !!! Never again!!!
